• No Show + Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for an appointment canceled before 24 hours of the appointment start time. You will be charged 50% of the service rate if you cancel after the 24 hour window. You will be charged 100% of the service rate if you no-show.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you may be charged.
If your card is declined when a fee is charged, you may be blocked from making future appointments. Any fees that are not satisfied will be added to your next appointment.
